We are searching for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM Business Analysts whose primary role is to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer service and Field service) or Microsoft Power BI solutions.

 

Position description 

As a Business Analyst, you will evolve within a multidisciplinary project team while acting as a link between the client’s business needs and the technical-functional teams.

Your main tasks will be to collect and document the client’s functional specifications, analyze the business processes, configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP) or Microsoft Power BI solutions and accompany the client during the acceptance, deployment and post integration support phases.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and/or participate in follow-up meetings and project status;

  • Define, model and write the client’s needs and functional specifications;

  • Define the scope of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality based on customer needs;

  • Act as an expert in suggesting best practices for Microsoft Dynamics solutions;

  • Prepare and facilitate workshops with the various project stakeholders;

  • Interact and collaborate closely with departments and teams impacted by the project;

  • Contribute to the development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions; 

  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules according to best practices;

  • Plan, prepare and execute functional tests in accordance with the client’s requirements;

  • Accompany the client in the integration and acceptance tests;

  • Participate in change management activities by providing training based on client requirements;

  • Provide support to users once the solution is deployed.

Qualifications

  • BAC/Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, computer science, Software engineering;

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a business analyst (ERP/CRM/BI) or financial analyst;

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) or Dynamics AX 2012 a very important advantage;

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, an important advantage;

  • Bilingualism (French and English);

  • Business process modeling;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 3655 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);

  • Act in a professional and responsible manner;

  • Enjoys challenges and is always looking for ways to improve;

  • Communication skills, oral and written;

  • Creative and versatile with great listening skills (advantage).
