Senior IT Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager whose primary role will be to lead technology initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure the delivery of projects within deadlines, budgets, and business objectives.
Job description
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will work within a multidisciplinary project team while acting as the link between the client’s business needs and the techno-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Management of complex market solution integrations.
- Governance, performance indicator monitoring, and schedule compliance.
- Proactive management of risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and communication with decision-making bodies.
- Alignment between business objectives, technological constraints, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- More than 10 years of experience in managing complex technology integration projects.
- Essential experience in the financial sector, particularly in the payments domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating market solutions with external vendors (including English-speaking vendors).
- Strong risk management, interdependency management, and governance capabilities.
- Developed political acumen and strong influencing skills.
- Excellent command of both French and English (bilingualism essential).
- Good understanding of regulatory, information security, and data protection issues.
- PMP and/or ACP certifications and a graduate degree in project management are assets.
